When FSX was first released or I should say the preview version, I just could not believe that there was something better than my beloved FS9, but let me tell you my enhanced flight experience with FSX was unbelievable and to this day I stand in awe of the magnificent Microsoft Flight Simulator, FSX!
As I move along with this blog, my mission will be to bring you a slight preview of many of the 3rd part developers programs available for FSX.

So let me begin with the Remarkable Water Craft the SIROCCO GTX2, a 132 foot Yacht. The detail of this craft by Deltasim Studio is just a grand time experiencing one of the neat feature of the Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX. Released to the public at large as freeware, the simmin community is grateful.

Next up we have the fantasy/futuristic sting ray as the developer calls of thought (nicely :0 it alludes me) which is largely a fantasy ultra light type aircraft. The developer Simon Smeiman is unknown to me as is his work but I find his aircraft enjoyable and a nice fit into my flying livery.
Rated 4 of 10 because aliasing for functions but nice model which could use a bit more.

With more we will now look at one of my favorite aircrafts , the Airbus. For Airbus models there is no better group to obtain it from none other than Thomas Ruth, one of the leading Aircraft developers for Microsoft Simulator, both FS9/2004 and FSX. I have no idea of the roots of Tom’s development other than I have seen his models and paints for some time now in the sim arena. One particular favorite of mine is his A300-600 model with a FedEx motif paint.

The model functions well function with very nice day and night textures in how well they work in the differing light throughout the day.

The developer of this gauge has 1 onther piece of simware to the best of my knowledge. According to the packaged documentation, version 2 was put out in February 8, 2007. I can personally say that this has been an enduring and endearing piece of work for the sim community at large through the world!

I have neglected to name the developer, dear me, and that would be Thilo Arndt of Germany. Even though the files amy be some what dated it appears that he continues to make to make this available even from his own website.

The documentation is easy to follow and read but he was not kidding about the need to be familuar with the way the programming works.
